To install Windows Restart, run the Setup program
(SETUP.EXE). Setup will prompt you for a directory
to install Windows Restart 95 into. After you, have
selected a path, Setup will install the shared file
BWCC32.DLL. BWCC32.DLL is the Borland Windows Custom
Controls. Setup will then copy the Windows Restart
files and create a program folder for Windows Restart.
